The hotel's location is ideal, near the BTS, allowing easy transit. I found several rooftop bars within walking distance. Great for evening outings. I was impressed by the staff's accommodation. They were always helpful and very polite.
the gym felt small. A sauna or hot tub would improve it. I had asked for help to get the gaming setup working properly, but it took ages to hear back, a bit disappointing.

the staff were helpful and attentive. the hotel offered complimentary thai traditional costumes to try on. the location was near thong lor bts, so it was convenient.
the breakfast did not meet my expectations for a 5-star hotel. the fruit tasted like onion, because they used the same knife to cut it. the pool area looked old and was quite small.

The communal areas had beautiful french decor. the hotel stood on a quiet lane just off the main street, giving quick access to the mrt! the breakfast buffet was also good. It included a decent choice of foods.
